Poor quality sketchers, no customer support

I had mailed sketchers regarding quality issue ,had shared d image of d product also dey said dey wud respond dey had taken all d details..but now it has been two months dey r not responding to my mail neither dey r replacing my footwear.want them replace as I had given money fr ds I don’t want a cheap quality product,as had bought xpensive gave money for d quality..but received a cheap quality product..

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
