I bought Redmi 4A in a flash sale of Amazon.in and after using for 20-25 days the phone got heating problem. After this my phone switched off automatically. I went for Xiaomi service center near me( Barrackpore service center) on 30th June 2017. My service request no. is WXIN1706300003847.
They assured me that I would get it within 15 days. Now, after waiting for 15 days I call them.
They made an excuse of GST and told me for GST the mobile phone parts are not being supplied at the service center So I will have to wait for or more than 30 days.
