Received a wrong mobile from Flipkart vendor

I have placed an order for POCO f1(mobile phone) dated 30/08/2019 through Official Flipkart website., Instead of POCO f1 I received OPPO f11 PRO(mobile phone). I raised this concern immediately with Flipkart Customer Service and i was asked to wait as they’ll investigate the matter and get back to me.
After all, Flipkart has denied my refund request as by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact.

Greatest Evidence, Which i have is Invoice. In the Invoice of the product its clearly printed Mobile brand is POCO f1 but IMEI number printed was of OPPO f11, I told the same to them while in phone conversation they agreed to my point but later they rejected with the same message.

I also warn them that i’m going to log the case regarding this with consumer forums still no use.

almost 3 month was in discussion with them, finaly lost all my hopes and left last hope was consumer forum, Hope my issue will resolve with your help.
