Recieved non repaired product from service centre

I have sent my steelseries Sims 4 headphones for repairing to (ACRO ENGINEERING COMPANY) for repair on my own cost of courier due to defect in headphones. But the product I recieved back was not at all repaired as the problem was existing as it was. Also the headphones were made more dirty yellowed. Improper care of the product was taken. I want either full refund along with the courier charges or I want replaced product on company’s cost of transportation.
