Samsung TV 10 years extended warranty for TV screen

Samsung TV 10 years extended warranty for TV screen

I bought a Samsung Neo QLED TV (QA65QN90BAKLXL) 65 inches TV in Girias Kolathur on 14-Jan-23. I was told the general warranty would be for 5 years and 10 years of extended warranty for the Screen. Since last Wednesday, I had some issues with the TV, as I am getting a blank screen – no video is getting displayed.
I raised a service request with Samsung on (11-Jun-25),
Inspite of my TV under 10 years screen warranty (No Screen and burin-in warranty)  The service engineer are calling repeatedly and asking me to pay Rs.350 as a service charge.
When I bought the TV, I was told that there will be an extended warranty of 10 years for any screen related issues,
Whereas now I am told to pay for the service charges, why should I pay the charges when the screen is covered under extended warranty of 10 years?
