On 04/06/2021 my SBI A/C was hacked and an amount of Rs, 123500/- was debited from my account in four transaction of Rs, 50000/- , Rs, 25000/-, Rs, 25000/- and Rs, 23500/- respectively within a span of 10 minutes.
SBI net banking does not allow any transaction of more than Rs, 10000/- without adding any prior beneficiary. But in my case all these four transaction were allowed without adding any beneficiary which is in violation to the standing regulations of SBI on line banking.
All my efforts to retrieve the money since last two months through Cyber crime police as well as SBI has become futile. Bank has already intimated that they are not responsible for same. (Copy of the letter enclosed)
Request an investigation and retrieval of my lost money immediately from SBI as it all happened due to lack of software security system of SBI and no fault of I consumer.
