Selling of defective product. Value: 6500
I had recently purchased a office chair from ROYAL HOME DECOR , No. 89, Bengaluru-560 125. and I had informed them that they had delivered a defective product and called multiple times. They have ignored me since selling their product and no action is being taken from them. Please help me with this issue. I had it home delivered and could not inspect the condition until it was received. But now they are not responding to my calls or taken any actions even though they promise 1 year / 6 months warrenty on all their products.
