Regarding defective product from Snapdeal vendor

I had ordered maharaja whiteline real jx207 2 jar mixer juicer on 8 october 2017, & i have received crack item for the same on 19 october 2017. i have complaint in customer care & mail several times but still there is no response & now my mob no is connected to customer care executive.they were asking to send the item to their warehouse but as per rules picking material activity as under snapdeal. so assist them to return money asap.

Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
