I am a regular customer of Ola cabs and have been using ola auto services from past 2 months. On Friday evening (24th Nov’ 2017) as soon as i reached my destination, Ola blocked my account without giving any prior intimation. I immediately contacted the customer support team via email and told them the problem. As a reply they wrote that mt account has been permanently blocked because of few ola violations policy. I again mailed them regarding ola violations policy and asked them to state me the violation clause (violation conducted by me if any) but got no response and they closed my ticket again without letting me know. i have written many mails with different complaint no. because the customer support team is again and again closing the ticket without even letting me know. My complaint no (ticket no) are – # 74328617, #74235777, #74028273, #74327011.
Only 2 people are responding to my mails that too they are closing my complaint raised without even trying to resolve. I had conversation with Pxxxxxi and Sxxxxxxx Sxxxxxx this whole time and they are closing my account.
Kindly raise this issue asap and let others see the dual face of Ola , on one side they are giving offers and fraudulently gaining customers and on the other hand they are blocking the account of their gained customers because they are at loss with their less fare price on their auto services.
