Regarding delay in delivery by trackon company

Delivery of plants saplings is delayed even after reaching destination by Trackon company. Value: 150 My parcel from Bengaluru is reached the final destination Jaipur containing plant saplings and delivery manifest also prepared but still pending for delivery.. I called them many times reminding them of items but they just made excuses.
