The shoe kart…. Online shopping portal is fraud. I have booked 2 shoes and paid the money on 17 May 2021. I have not received any of the items yet. My complaint is with The shoe kart company online shopping portal.

Despite complaints lodged against shoes kart, it is still being advertised in various media. Do the advertisers have no liability or responsibility to see that their facilities are not misused to defraud the public at large.
Shoes kart is fraud. I paid money online but theres no reponse. I went through their website later to figure out about my order, then i realised its fraud. Its webite is doesnt hav customer support nor number.

Dear All, Still the same issue with me , I have placed the order 05th July 2021 and payment done through my credit card but still not yet received my shoes , even i have mailed two time but no replied, i am surprised that advertisement are showing on yahoo. com, completely fraud in india and if any lawyer will contact me i will the the case on them.

It seems that it’s a 100% fraud site. I had also booked a shoe last month under Order #19533 but it was never delivered. In fact Shoekart is the original Company and these people have created a similar banner as “The Shoe Kart” and have been doing fraud and looting people. The original site of Shoekart is also giving an alert of the same to the public in general.

I have been ordered Puma Shoes from The Shoes Kart on 14th August 2021 vide order no.20228 and made the payment Rs.799/- online at PAYUPAISA47779.I have received the confirmation mail from them but when I sent a mail for the status of my order it bounce back with the remark that this mail address is not found.
