Regarding delivery of cold Pizza from Zomato

Got Cold Food from zomato taken more than 1 hour in delivery. Value: 444

I got a cold pizza which i have ordered at 4:40PM and got delivery around 6:10 PM. The distance from my home to restaurant is not more than 8 km. When i raise complain on zomato they are only giving 170 rupee something refund but i paid 444 rupee. They are not ready to pay full amount. I want to register a complain regarding this against zomato
