Regarding due from an engineering company as per agreement

Full payment not giving against the agreement with a private Engineering company. Value: 100000. I have been requesting the the company to pay all the dues pending against the agreement, they are delaying since 8 months and more. Please let me know what to do now in legal proceedings to get full payment with enalty.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
