Furniture ordered, advance paid, no delivery or communication

On 9th October 2022, I ordered a wooden console and two seats from Antique Home located on New Link Road, Goregaon West paying an advance of Rs 1500 in cash. Subsequently, another Rs. 28500 was paid on 10th October via Gpay to complete 50% payment of a total cost of Rs. 60000. The furniture was expected to be delivered in a month’s time.
There has been no response from Antique Home to various queries over the past few weeks. They do not respond to phone calls and haven’t produced any evidence until now to suggest that the furniture ordered is being prepared. I have personally paid more than 5 visits to the shop since the past few weeks and the answers are always vague like “aapka furniture ban raha hai”.
I have been requesting either delivery or refund of the advance paid but to no avail.
Finally I was left with no choice bit to address my grievance here.
