Regarding fake cash back offers on phonepe app

I saw an advertisement regarding upto 2500 rupees cash back on purchasing gold coin (with minimum transaction of 50 rupees from 24/07/2021-31/08/2021). I purchased gold from the platform with value of 5100 rupees but i didn’t get any cash back even after being eligible for the cash back.
I contacted phonepe support and they replied me that I’m not eligible for the offer.
I took the screenshots regarding eligibility criteria for cash back and send them, then they told me to wait till 05/08/2021.
I don’t know what to do about these fake advertisement, please help me in removing off these fake advertisements so that we could get the value of our money.
