Regarding purchase from onlinedthservice

I purchased Dishtv Dth online via debit card payment from www.onlinedthservice after receiving a call from the website in response to my query on their website regarding offers available. I made successful payment on 9 June 2019 at 10.21.a.m. and was assured by the customer representative of the website that installation will be 100% be done by end of the day 9june 2019. But installation is not done till now i.e. 10th June 2019 (10:42.p.m.) Whenever I call the website’s customer care they cut the call as soon as I give my details to them..
This happened multiple times.. When I contacted Dishtv customer care they said that they LL finish the installation a.s.a.p and have eventually breached 3 installation deadlines given by themself. Even now Dishtv customer care says it LL be done soon. I feel cheated n very helpless. Please help me.
