I had purchased an optional seat upgrade from Optiontown which partners with Air India for a flight I took on March 15th 2020. As per the terms and conditions of the purchase, if until the last hour of the flight my seat is not upgraded the entire purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
My seat was not upgraded and I purchased a confirmed upgrade at the airport on the day of the flight.
I have been following up with Optiontown since March 20th 2020 about the refund and I’ve only been given a constant round around. They have been using the pandemic as an excuse to not refund the amount.
I have all the proofs and am willing to submit the same when asked
