Damaged, defective products from EZMall. Com

Online order placed on 5th May 2020, from EZMall. Com, item – Farmley Walnut Amber halves size 2 Kg. Sub Product Code – 4382112, Amount Rs 1500 ( 1399 + 101 shipping charge) Paid COD. Sub order received on 12th May 2020. After opening the walnut packets we found 08 without Air tight, damaged/rejected and worst quality black coloured packets without mentioning any brand or company name. We complained the customer care on 13th May 2020 via office television No 0124-4702000/0124-7151000 and details of office address is ezmall. Com, Plot No 19/20, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida(UP) -201301 and case No C-2147004, but after completed 5 days company didn’t solved our case and also rejected our case file no C-2147004. So kindly take necessary action against company (Ezmall.com) for refund of Amount ? 1500/- at your end. Thanks
