I ordered an M21 Samsung mobile from Amazon INDIA, however, the transaction got failed and money was deducted from my account. I have reached out to the AMAZON and they have made it clear that they have never received the payment (screenshot attached) that particular UPI reference. On complaining to Paytm Bank, they raise the pre-arbitration and after more than 30 days they are telling me that Merchant’s bank has denied the payment. Amazon and Paytm Bank is blaming each other, please help me out. I have attached all the details for your reference.
