Air India not refunding my amount !!! Value: 4084 CAD. Air india not providing refund against our tickets. It’s been 2.5 months now and they always simply lie saying refund initiated but nothing is happening. please help to get back our hard earned money which is around 2.4 lacs !!! Its business class tickets and we are in need of real emergency .please help to get back our money.

I have booked flight from Canada to India on July 11, 2020. But flight got cancelled due to lock down. I have contacted the agent (cheapoair) and AirIndia care multiple times but not received refund till now.
