Regarding refund issue on OYE hotel booking

I had booking Hotel by OYE room service on 24th June 2022 , 00:54 Hrs. with advanced payment Rs. 3635.
Due to change my mind , cancelled the ticket by calling customer care on 24th June 2022 , 00:59 Hrs .

After that called and mail multiple time to OYE customer care but my refund amount still not initiated .
Kindly help to get my refund amount .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
