Regarding refund of refund of Air ticket by Goibibo

I had booked an international flight from goibibo in dec 19 for travel during april may 20. However the flight got cancelled due to covid. One airline out of two provided me the travel voucher. However the refund of other airline which is Air Asia is still pending even after 7 months. They rejected my refund request as it was booked through the third party and informed me that refund has been provided to goibibo. However the same has not been provided to me even after constant reminders. Goibibo does not respond on any platform. Please help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
