Regarding Repeated Issues with Dell G15 gaming laptop

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received regarding my Dell G15 gaming laptop.
I have been facing the same issue for over a year now—the laptop hard crashes automatically, especially during gaming. Despite this being a gaming laptop, I am unable to play any games. I have visited the service center around 10 to 15 times, and although the motherboard was replaced, the issue remains unresolved and seems to have gotten worse.
To make matters worse, your call support service has been very poor. I have called three times recently, and every time, the call is either cut midway or ended without any resolution, often by agents claiming to be from “Transparent Call” or similar. No one calls me back, and my problem is left hanging.
Just day before yesterday, I visited the service center again and showed live proof of the issue to the engineers sitting at the front desk—the laptop crashed and shut down immediately after launching a game right in front of them. In addition to this, I also have many video recordings clearly showing the same issue happening repeatedly.
Now, when I tried to contact Dell for a warranty extension, the call was again disconnected without any reply or proper assistance.
Every time I report this issue, I am told it is my own problem. I am deeply frustrated, as no one is taking responsibility, and no permanent solution is being provided.
I kindly request that this issue be taken seriously and resolved immediately. I would appreciate it if a senior technician or case manager could look into this and provide a real solution. I also need help with the warranty extension, which your team has not supported properly.
Please respond at the earliest.
