Regarding services from LeapUp Edutech

I enrolled in a trading course by LeapUp Edutech, promoted with claims of an AI-based automated trading system, hands-free profits, and a 100% moneyback guarantee if unsatisfied. These promises were made during the Kickstarter/intro session, where refund was marketed as “no questions asked.”
After enrolling, I found the course only used Google Sheets and manual strategies—no automation as advertised. This was a complete misrepresentation. No refund policy or 90% attendance clause was disclosed verbally or in writing prior to enrollment. When I raised concerns, LeapUp denied the refund citing this undisclosed clause.
?8,805 was paid as a booking/enrollment fee immediately after the intro session. The course fee of ?93,505 was financed via JM Financial through Propelld and disbursed directly to LeapUp without my final consent or service validation. I became aware of JM Financial only after receiving the sanction letter post-disbursal, violating the RBI Fair Practices Code.
LeapUp has not responded to my complaints even after two reminders via the National Consumer Helpline. Propelld and JM Financial deny liability and shift blame, while I face EMI pressure for an undelivered course. The total amount paid to LeapUp is ?1,02,310.
This has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and reputational harm. As a student seeking to upskill, I feel trapped in an edtech-loan trap due to false claims.
