I ordered a nike shoes size 8.5 of Rs 3038 on 26.11.2017 at snapdeal. It was delivered me on 30.11.2017. When I wore it, I felt that it is not fit for me. I registered a request to replace my shoe with size 9 on 03.12.2017. Snapdeal executive called me and said that they can not replace the shoe. My order ID is 20463137142. Please help me.
