Replaced wrong product. Value: 4499
I ordered Fire Boltt Invincible Puls (smartwatch) online worth Rs.4499 but i got a defective product i ordered a replacement for it. In replacement of my product they sent me a cheaper product worth Rs.2499 and as of their knowledge both (what i ordered and what they sent are similar products.) When i asked them they say that it’s company policy that they send similar products if they don’t have in their stock, but its available for sale on their website (actually i ordered the same and i got the delivery also.)Please help me .
