Complaint against Excitel for refund after disconnection

Its worst service by Excitel broadband. connectivity is although a issue but complaint is for refund. I have raised a complaint on 14 Jul’23 as per customer care they said device pick up time is 30 days after complaint and refund is after 60 days of device puck up (means total 90 days, which is also a pathetic practice). After disconnection request on 14 Jul’23 device picked up on 27 Aug’23 (with already crossed the TAT) and after that refund should be released within 60 days means on or before 27 Oct’23. But its 9th Nov’23 and I am still struggling for refund amount. Also called many times on customer care but every times they hold more than half an hour and disconnect the call. Really very very pathetic service. Request you to look into that.
