I booked a 3 day 4 night Goa trip from Sagartrip.com on 11 January 2019. And made full advanced payment of 19, 650 rs. But due to too much delay in booking plane tickets and hotels even after taking full payment, I cancelled the trip. I was told that I would receive refund in 5-15 business days but I didn’t recieve any refund and they kept delaying the date. After some time, their contacts numbers became unavailable and I had no way to contact them. And their website is also un accessible and I haven’t recieved any refund at all. So please take action against them and get me my refund.
