Sale of goods over mrp on Amazon

I have done Online Purchase of USB Flash Drive from Amazon on 21/06/17 by paying Rs849/- after all discounts.The MRP of that product is Rs800/- Inclusive of all taxes.Today,i.e., on 24/06/2017 the product was received by the dealer and i am shocked.He has charged the VAT for MRP price.How can i punish him.Please let me know.Thanks in Advance
