I had placed an order for shoes on the below website for a well known brand. The amount that was shown to me at the time of checkout was INR 8,155.57. On paying I got a message for deduction of INR 968.46.
I thought that there was some issue with the payment and followed up with the company if I need to pay the differential amount. Didn’t get any response from them.
A day later I checked my statement and saw a deduction of INR 11,499 from the company. I called my bank to reverse the transaction but it was too late and they told me it’s a chinese website. Can you please help me on the same. I’ve attached all the relevant proofs.
I talked to the original website later on and got to know that they don’t deliver to India which led me to believe that I have gotten scammed.
