Serious complaint regarding Uber Cab driver behaviour

This is regarding a serious complaint against Uber cab driver Nxxxxxxxr (Cab no : 3232)The Driver acted rude while picking us up and then before reaching the destination he asked us to get out. Problem is my mom was with me on this ride. She is having Myasthania Gravis which I’m sure you have not heard about. One of her health issues is that she feels pain in legs and spine and hence cannot walk for long. We said the same to the driver and still he behaved like an animal. He used slang words in Kannada, showed his fist to me as if he was gonna hit me. When my mom told that we had paid for the ride and he should not act this way, he asked us to leave in such a rude way I cannot explain in words. My mom felt really insulted by this. She came to Bangalore for a pleasant time and what a time she got while returning from temple.I want the highest escalation on this.I complained through the app and they are gonna probably leave it with a warning. That is hilarious and insulting once again. A warning is like a neighbour asking to study for them. I need a stern measure to be taken and let me know what other information you require from my side.
