I buy there package on 04/09/2018, the services they commit to provide, doesnot provide till now.
1. holiday stay voucher:- not provided
2. 2000/- meal voucher:- not provided
3. discount card upto 20% discount:- not working at all
4. customer care number:- 011-41xxxx1:- not pick the call, if they pick then cut the call
5. customer care numer:- 011-41xxxxxxxx1:- not pick the call. only busy., when ring then never reply.
6. customer care:- AxxxxK TxxxxxxN:- +91-9xxxxxxxx6, pick the call, and never give solution, say only for call back.
they receive 7799/- Rs. from me and commit to convert it into EMI, but charge full amount in 1 short.
I have attached there commitment through mail, which is not fulfil till now.
What to do?
