Ticket not received from Yatra after payment

Payment completed but ticket not recieved. Value: 3418. I booked an airline ticket on Oct 09,2020. The amount was requested to be paid by Yatra in my Google Pay app. As soon as I paid the amount, the tickets should have been sent directly to the Email ID provided. It’s been more than a day but neither have I received the ticket nor a refund was initiated into my account.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
