Unfair charges by ACT Broadband for shifting connection

I have asked for shifting broadband connection  from my present address to a villa next door, 10 meters away. I have to vacate present villa by 28th Feb and your Helpline says I will be charged Rs 3000 which is preposterous. Date of ACT action was not confirmed. I did not pay anything like that  before and do not intend paying that for a shift which is virtually within an  apartment building. Villa 5 Palm Meadows Extn  to which I am moving is opposite my present Vlla 10, barely 10 meters away.

ACT is fast losing its sheen with a casual attitude to customers,Your link suggested for “shift application” does not work and it says “Invalid”
