Wrong product delivery by AJIO, no customer support

Wrong product delivered by AJIO. Value: 625.
I have been delivered a wrong dress by AJIO. Despite writing mails for the complaints, no reply is coming; nor their customer care number is in service. The status of my order (of my dress) hasn’t changed yet; therefore, I’m unable to raise the return request of the same. I feel cheated and hence, want my refund back.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
