Complaint against snapmint for not refunding my money

I ordered a samsung 22 led monitor from snapmint on 15th july 2021 @8499/- with three month emi. They debited my money 2958/- from my account and after sometime they messaged me that my order is cancelled and i will get my refund in 4-7 days but still i didn’t get my money. Their customer care number is not working and they don’t respond on messages. Kindly help me to get my refund back. I will be very thankful to u.
