I had purchased a Letv 1s Gold mobile from Flipkart on 01/03/2016. After using for approx 2 months the display of the mobile set started shaking. I went to the service centre ( collection centre) of the company and they told that it will take 8-10 days to rectify the fault and they gave me their jobsheet ( copy Attached). It was given on 17/5/16.
After 10 days I confirmed about my phone and they said it has not been recieved by them. After that I have been calling them and they have no satisfactory reply. In the meantime I lodged my complaint with the customercare no. of the company ( 180030101838). They assured me that I will get my phone back in 1 week. I sent them a mail also regarding this. Upon complaining on customer care number they always say they are putting my case in priority and I will recieve a call from them within 6 hours but till date I have not got any call from them.
Today again I called their customer care and again they are saying the same thing. It is exactly One month since I gave my phone for repair and still there is no satisfactory response from them.
I request you to kindly take up my case on priority as this is harassment by the company and I am not able to concentrate on my work due to this. I hope you take up this matter and help me.
