I had purchased a Letv 1s Gold mobile from Flipkart on 01/03/2016. After using for approx 2 months the display of the mobile set started shaking. I went to the service centre ( collection centre) of the company and they told that it will take 8-10 days to rectify the fault and they gave me their jobsheet ( copy Attached). It was given on 17/5/16.

After 10 days I confirmed about my phone and they said it has not been recieved by them. After that I have been calling them and they have no satisfactory reply. In the meantime I lodged my complaint with the customercare no. of the company ( 180030101838). They assured me that I will get my phone back in 1 week. I sent them a mail also regarding this. Upon complaining on customer care number they always say they are putting my case in priority and I will recieve a call from them within 6 hours but till date I have not got any call from them.

Today again I called their customer care and again they are saying the same thing. It is exactly One month since I gave my phone for repair and still there is no satisfactory response from them.

I request you to kindly take up my case on priority as this is harassment by the company and I am not able to concentrate on my work due to this. I hope you take up this matter and help me.

    I submitted my letv la 1s to share infotech Mumbai service center 30/7/2016 the server center says that I get my phone with in 15 days I call on customer service no 180030101838
    They told me that your phone is repaired and send to your service center I call the server center they toll me they didn’t receive my phone yet and this thing is looping and I mailed to letv also but didn’t get anything from them
    I am to upset with company now it’s been 20 days past

    I have submitted my letv1 on 1st of Aug 2016, they never give us feedback regarding repair, after a month I had called from Service center that the phone is having problem of water damage and not repair. We talked to supervisor & they were sent the phone to another location. There is no correspondence of the status of the phone. Now again they told that phone is having the water damage problem. The customer will not get the detail analysis report.
    Now we are planning to raise this issue in consumer court.
