I have regular issues with tikona and I am keep complaining about it from November 2015 till today, with lots of tele-conversations and some emails they have stopped rental for my connection id – 1113150405 in January 2016. I am still using this connection because rental was stopped. They keep calling to resume the plan from morning to evening but I always refused for the same. Now what they did, they have resumed rental without my knowledge, even I didn’t received any msg or email or call from their side. My father was died on April 27, 2016 so I am sure from April 26, 2016 to May 13, 2016 I didn,t use the connection because I was not in the city. They were keep informing about running plan by sms to resume the rental, and I got bill for may, 2016 with rental plan (600/- approximately). Unknowingly I paid it because I was suffering with mental trauma because of my father’s sudden death. Now I received Bill for June, 2016 Rs. 875/- approximately with rental and other charges. When I ask to tikona customer care about the usage they said you have used 2.5 GB between may to June, 2016 and your bill has been generated with rental plan. I complained may timed during these period for technical issues even during these days also. but all in vain. I requested to adjust my bill because you have resumed plan without my knowledge even I am complaining for technical issues during these period. With the technical issues I will not pay rental amount whatever I have used I will pay for that.
No concern person available in tikona to resolve my problem most of the time call can not connected, and they are saying bill has generated you have to paid for sure.
I request you to resolve this issue as they are mentally disturbing me and I don’t want to pay approximately 900/- rupees for 2.5 GB even with technical complaints. I have all record in my email, and sms.
