The Broadband provider has been harrassing me to pay an outstanding amount for my account. On multiple occassions I have visited the local office, and complaint on their customer care that the bill generated is wrong and asked for a detailed explanation. Till date no justification has been given and from baiting me to pay the amount in lieu of an year long service to threatning me with legal action they have made my life a hell with continuos calls, messages and emails.
The issue has tanspired mainly as without my knowledge they changed the mailing email id and number on my account and started slapping someone elses usage to my account, that has since June been not been used. Requesting a way out to stop this harrassment and teaching them a lesson.
