4G SIM not getting registered

I issued a 4g SIM from a retailer yesterday But the SIM is not getting registered as well as my 3g SIM network is also gone..please as soon as possible grant my request because this no. Is very important to me my 4g SIM no. Is 8991xxxxxxxxxxxxxx6. Please sir it’s urgent email me how to activate my SIM card and the mobile no. Is 98xxxxxxx4 please resolve this problem alternative no.
