Airtel DTH split connection issue

I would like to inform you that i have a  three multiple connection in my airtel dth  but recently my brother who was using 30xxxxxxxx8-002  connection transferred from another city for his job and the connection he was using was no longer in need therefore i told customer care to split this connection and accordingly they spilt this id with a new connection no 30xxxxxxxxxx6 now  i want to start this connection then one of the customer executives told me to recharge it so i did it immediately twice 200/- on 25-05-2020 and 150/- on 26/05/2020 but still unable to view channels and after giving mails no help came  also my new id is not showing in the tv screen instead it is showing older one. Please help me
