I am working as a Nursing officer in a hospital. I have admitted my son at Apollo hospital on 31Oct 2020 & got discharged on 09 Nov 2020. I have cleared all the dues of hospital & got the bills. When these bills were submitted in my hospital for clearance, concernd person has not cleared partial bills by saying that bed charges(Rs3000) & ICU Charges(Rs450) (Total of 8 days-Rs27600) are written in consolidation, These amounts should be shown separately. If I cleared these bills then auditors will make issue. When I discussed this with Apollo Hospital, they refused to provide bills as per requirement by saying that our software can’t do so & told me that delhi govt should issue enquiry for that amount, we will explain but we can’t give bill as per the requirement of your govt. hospital accounts dept. On the other hand my accounts dept. is not ready to issue any enquiry note. Both are saying that I AM CORRECT. Sir, I am stuck, what should I do. As I have gone Apollo hospital as a consumer & they are exploiting me. So requesting to help me.
Sir, right now I am posted in another hospital in covid ward & need to work in peace of mind but which I am not getting. Help me in getting my bills cleared.
