I had ordered one plus nord ce from snapmint on 19/06/21 and paid a down payment of 2500/- respectively. The product was worth 24,999/- and what i paid was the down payment.
The amount however got deducted and then they’re sending a message that cooperative banks debit card won’t be eligible. They said this after the amount got deducted. As soon as we contacted them through text sms, that “will other bank’s debit card will be okay, they stopped replying and are not answering to the calls or even the refund status. I’m worried about the details being shared with the site.
I think they are frauds. I want refund back and would suggest to take an immediate action against those people.
