Article sent through post office not delivered

I have sent a courier from chandigarh 21/2/2018. from post office sector 20.courier reached at neemka b.o on 23/2/2018. but after that it is not reached at location.now its 19/3/2018. i dont know where is my courier. there is no contact number of neemka b.o (121004). my courier consignment no is.- EP50237185IN

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
