I want to file a complaint against a matrimony site named Shubhfere which is in jabalpur. The reason why i m filing this complaint is there inactivity, their unprofessional behavior. I am seaching bride for my brother and them i came through this site. They insist me a lot to deposit the money and after that only they will let us know some of the profiles of bride. I deposited money which was Rs. 5500. They give us Golden super membership in this amount. It is very clearly written in their site that this membership enables us for advance search in which we can customize our requirement. But when we go for advance search everytime a msg pops in screen, “NO RESULT FOUND”. I am sending screenshot of that advance search result. Moreover the email id they provided is not valid. They won’t answer any phone calls or any whatsapp message. They are fraud. We are from middle class family and we don’t want a high profile bride. We told them clearly this thing. Till date they only send us high profiles only. They are not fulfilling our demand and clear cut ignores our calls, mails and messages as well. Please do something. Thoe people deserves some kind of punishment coz on further investigation in google i found many people complaining about them. Please take some strict steps towards them.
