Complaint regarding Philips smart TV servicing

No response for TV complaints within warranty period. My Philips Smart TV is less than 2 years old and has a 5 year warranty. It has been giving trouble since the first month. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Claim against MakeMyTrip / Shiftthoughts Consulting – Rs.5500/-: Mr. Brij Mohan Bhatt of New Delhi (brij.bhatt(at)maxbupa.com) had done a transaction with Shiftthoughts Consulting on 03-10-2009 to avail an offer through MakeMyTrip.com for the value of Rs.5,513.90. Mr. Bhatt neither received the coupon nor any communication from MMT. They did not agree to refund the money. Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel.
