Furniture not delivered by Housefull International – Rs.18,190/-: Ms. Sudeshna Mukherjee of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh placed orders for bed, wardrobe, side table on 06-10-2012. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
