I had taken up an online course in Oracle CC&B from ACTE Institute. I paid the whole fee of 26,000 via net banking to them on 08/01/2023. I was assisted by one of their salesperson called Hxxxi . I was told that classes will immediately start the next day. Classes were not started on 09/01/2023. …

Refund claim against Paramount Airways – Rs.5,954/-: On 23-06-2009 Mr. Mathews Prabhakaran of Chennai (mathews@fiwbs.in) booked a ticket to Delhi from Chennai thro’ online in Paramount Airways. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
