Roaming recharge plan not activated by Vodafone

My vodafone prepaid number 8xxxxxxxxx2 i had recharged for 2875 which is the plan for international roaming on 4/01/2018 i received the confirmation messags about the pack details but when i tried for an outgoing call to india the ivr used to be ur services are dissconected despite so many complaints no one helped me …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
