My vodafone prepaid number 8xxxxxxxxx2 i had recharged for 2875 which is the plan for international roaming on 4/01/2018 i received the confirmation messags about the pack details but when i tried for an outgoing call to india the ivr used to be ur services are dissconected despite so many complaints no one helped me in customer care service then i asked my employe to visit the vodafone gallery in byculla there the concern person emailed to higher officers n he told my employee to wait for some hours as soon as he gets the reply fom officers he will let him know what the problem is on my employers mobile number 9xxxxxxxxx6 aftdr some hours they called my employer n told that there is sum mistake in handset i uam using samsung S8 plus my employer told me about the settings but in vain same ivr from customer care that your servicrs dissconected what to do pls provide some help as i am in china for few days.
